About our Church

The Church of Christ is dedicated to worshipping God on God’s terms. We were given the New Testament through Jesus Christ and his apostles and we absolutely believe that the Bible in it’s entirety was inspired and guided by God.

At the Church of Christ at Alisal, we are small congregation of active Christians. In everything we do, we try to follow the Bible. Each Sunday we have a bible study before our morning service (2nd Timothy 2:15). In each worship service, we pray (1st Thessalonians 5:17), sing songs without instrumental music (Ephesians 5:19), partake of the Lord’s supper (1st Corinthians 11: 23-25), and have a biblical lesson (2nd Timothy 4:2).

We work to spread the word of God as best we can and we invite you to come and join us. You will not see a floor show at one of our services. The focus at our church is not to entertain, but if you are interested in hearing a lesson that will increase your knowledge of the word of God, this may be the right place for you. If you are interested in worshipping God with those who are truly grateful for God’s love, the sacrifice made to give us the chance of redemption, and believe that the love of God needs to be shown through us, we may be the congregation you are looking for.
